For-profit colleges in Kentucky would be subject to a new oversight panel under a bill that’s cleared the legislature and now heads to the governor. The measure creates the 11-member Kentucky Commission on Proprietary Education made up of four representatives from for-profit colleges and four at-large members with backgrounds in education and business.
