The Democratic Attorneys General Association has named Kentucky Attorney General Jack Conway as its co-chairman. Conway is in his second term in state office and will serve alongside California Attorney General Kamala Harris and Delaware Attorney Beau Biden. Conway is also on the executive committee of the National Association of Attorneys General.  He is co-chairman of their consumer protection and substance abuse committees.

Kentucky will recover more than $28 million dollars from a legal settlement resolving a dispute with prescription drug maker GlaxoSmithKline.
