MSU's Arthur J. Bauernfeind College of Business presents an economic development conference next Tuesday, December 10 in the Curris Center. The College's dean, Dr. Tim Todd, visits Kate Lochte on Sounds Good with more information about the day long focus on "The Future of West Kentucky," including a keynote address by Kentucky Lt. Governor Jerry Abramson.
A non-partisan team of seven economists from across the state, The Kentucky Consensus Forecasting Group, works up projections used for state budget development and long-range planning by the Governor and the Kentucky legislature. Murray State Distinguished Professor of Economics in the Arthur J. Bauerfeind College of Business, Dr. Jim McCoy has begun work with the Group and we learn more about this, with Kate Lochte.
October 12th, 2012 Murray State University held a dedication for the newly named Arthur J. Bauernfeind College of Business. Dr. Bauernfeind is a 1960 graduate of the then College of Business and Public Affairs. Dr. Bauernfeind is one of Murray State University’s most consistent supporters.
