A University of Tennessee at Martin alumna is the new president of the University of Tennessee Alumni Association.
The association's board of governors selected Betsy Brasher for the top spot on Friday.
Brasher graduated in 1998 and 2003 with a bachelors of science in business administration and a masters in business administration. She has served various roles in the alumni association and in UT Martin’s alumni council over several years.
UTAA is part of the University of Tennessee Foundation and serves more than 370,000 students.
