Nashville, TN – Tennessee's statewide unemployment rates are out for June and they're up again. But Labor and Workforce Development Commissioner James Neeley says the .1 increase in June is a good sign. The rate of unemployment increase has slowed significantly since the beginning of the year. Tennessee's jobless numbers now stand at 10.8 percent.
