Scrooge Cartoonist (Part 3)

Murray, KY – Louisville cartoonist Don Rosa draws and writes Uncle Scrooge McDuck comic books, adhering to the essence of Uncle Scrooge that the late cartoonist Carl Barks originated. Rosa and Uncle Scrooge enjoy relative obscurity in the United States, while they sell big in Europe.
