Owensboro, KY – For more than two decades, researchers have been looking for better ways to prevent the spread of HIV. Now, some of the most promising research in the world is being done in Owensboro, where a University of Louisville professor recently made a major breakthrough that could one day have global implications in the fights against HIV.
