Princeton, KY – Princeton's Jannette Parent, a painter and jewelry maker, created the winning design for a new proposed Kentucky license plate commemorating the contributions of Native Americans to Kentucky's history and culture. Jacque Day talks with Parent about her art, and her Cherokee and Choctaw lineage.
