Murray, KY – Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear estimates current recovery costs for the January ice storm at more than 215 million dollars, and they're continuing to rise. Recently Federal Emergency Management officials have extended reimbursement options to some public utility companies, and that may ease the burden on some electric customers.
