Pennyroyal Arts Council Names New Director

The Pennyroyal Arts Council has chosen Margaret Prim to succeed the group’s outgoing director Carol Barta. The Kentucky New Era reports Barta is set to leave the council at the end of the year.
Prim has a long history in the arts community and plans to expand local art programs. She is a former Pennyroyal Arts council board member. Prim will start in the position Dec. 3 and formally take over in January.
