Paris, TN – A Paris man was shot several times at his Wimberly Road home early Saturday morning. 55-year-old Gary French sustained multiple gunshot wounds and is last reported to be in the trauma unit at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville. The Paris Post Intelligencer reports French's wife was home when the incident occurred and was awakened by the shots. Agents from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation are involved in the investigation.
