November 17 - Piano Ensemble, Wellness Works, Microaggressions

The UTM Piano Ensemble gives a recital tomorrow evening at 7:30 in the Blankenship Recital Hall at the University of Tennessee-Martin Fine Arts Building. The program includes pieces for one piano four hands, one piano six hands, two pianos four hands, and two pianos twelve hands. Admission is free. 

Murray-Calloway County Hospital's Wellness Works program offers a free community health screening this Wednesday morning from 9 to 11 at the Calloway County Public Library. The event includes blood pressure and pulmonary function screenings. For more information, call (270) 762-1348.

Murray State University's LGBT Programming and Women's Center present "Microaggressions: The New Face of Discrimination" Wednesday evening at 7:30 in the Curris Center Barkley Room. The video presentation provides 20 examples of microaggressions in everyday life, based on race, disability, gender and gender identity, sexual orientation, and religion. Admission is free and open to all.
