Clarksville, TN – A Clarksville, Tennessee social worker indicted by a grand jury last month on sex crime charges now faces new charges after another apparent victim has come forward. 47-year-old Michael Monix was charged yesterday for allegedly kidnapping and raping a then 17-year-old about 8 years ago. Monix's previous charges include two counts of sexual battery and one count as an authority figure.
