Paducah, KY – A new Goodwill donation center is coming to Paducah. City commissioners okayed a resolution requesting the Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority to issue bonds to build the store. Goodwill is expected to pay off the debt through a rental rate. The 1.2 million dollar building will be built on Irvin Cobb Drive across from the Salvation Army. City officials say that if Goodwill can't make its payments, the city will not be held responsible.
