wkms – When Commerce City, Colorado police official Chuck Baker accepted the job of Paducah's top cop, city officials breathed a sigh of relief. But when Baker backed out, Paducah leaders found themselves in a quandary. Their ultimate decision to expand the search is causing the local NAACP to ask some serious questions. Jacque Day has more.
