MSU’s Bolin Elected to Humanities Council Board

Murray State history professor Dr. James Duane Bolin has been elected to the Kentucky Humanities Council Board of Directors.  He will serve one three-year term with the option of a second.  The KHC is an independent, nonprofit organization affiliated with the National Endowment for the Humanities. It promotes Kentucky’s culture, heritage, arts and tourism. 

As a member of the all-volunteer board, Dr. Bolin will help set council policies, assist in awarding project grants, and help fundraise for KHC programs.
