A northern Kentucky realtor with four decades of experience in the profession will head the newly-formed Kentucky Real Estate Authority.

Ken Warden of Fort Thomas will step into his new responsibilities immediately. Earlier this month, Governor Matt Bevin acted to reorganize four state real estate boards, the Real Estate Commission, the Real Estate Appraisers Board, the Board of Auctioneers, and the Kentucky Board of Home Inspectors.

The new authority will be comprised of five members, one each from the reorganized boards and Warden.

The system provides a single forum for real estate industry leaders to collaborate and develop recommendations for the business.
