Louisville, KY – Members of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System are set to rally this week in Frankfort. KCTCS President Michael McCall and others will speak out on the college system's importance to the state. More than half of Kentucky's undergraduates are enrolled in community college. The system is asking for close to five hundred million dollars in projects in addition to regular funds. Near the top of the priority list is an Energy and Technology Center in Madisonville.
