Madisonville, KY – Hopkins County Regional Medical Center and 7th district magistrate Wesley Lynn both face two new civil lawsuits alleging sexual assault and negligence during visits to the emergency room. Lynn is charged with sexual assault, battery, terroristic threatening, and unlawful imprisonment while working as a paramedic. The suit also claims hospital parent company Trover Health System officials were aware of previous allegations against Lynn and failed to take action. His pre-trial conference is scheduled for July 13.
