Murray, KY – U.S. Magistrate Judge Cliff Knowles gave the order to release 25-year-old Sgt. 1st Class Timothy Ryan Richards into his wife's custody. Richards is charged with possessing two unregistered automatic weapons. He has not yet entered a plea. Investigators are still trying to determine whether he got the explosives from Fort Campbell. Two hunters stumbled upon the explosives Sunday at Richards' home outside of Clarksville.
