Murray, KY – Murray State University played host to a West Kentucky Regional Dropout Prevention Summit today. This is the second regional summit organized in an effort to increase the state high school graduation rate. First Lady Jane Beshear moderated the event, along with MSU First Lady Dr. Ronda Dunn. Education Commissioner Terry Holliday delivered the keynote. Speakers emphasized building educational communities over institutional programs.
