Paducah, KY – The CEO of Easter Seals in Paducah is retiring at the end of the year. Ken Lucas announced yesterday he is ending his 8-year tenure at the non-profit, which provides services to special needs children, adults, and families. Lucas will be temporarily succeeded by current vice president of human resources Lori Devine.
