Dunlap case undelayed

By Rebecca Feldhaus

Trigg County, KY – 56th district Circuit Judge C.A. Woodall will hear Kevin Dunlap's case after all. According to the Kentucky New Era, Woodall declined to recuse himself from the trial. Woodall also ruled Dunlap competent to stand trial. Dunlap is accused of raping and stabbing Kristy Frensley and killing her three children, before burning their home in Trigg County in 2008. A ruling on DNA results is forthcoming, and may delay the February 9th trial.
