Artist Elizabeth Brown is having a Studio Open House to share her artwork and residency experience at A.I.R. Studio Paducah. The open house is this Saturday afternoon from 4 to 7 at 621 Madison Street in Paducah. The public is invited to attend.

Pennyrile Forest State Resort Park hosts a Fourth of July family beach party starting at 10 a.m. with a sidewalk chalk art contest, music, tie-dyed T-shirts, sand sculpture, and beach volleyball.
