Datebook: June 25 - NBA Draft Party, Caregiving Discussion, "Food For Thought"

There’s an NBA Draft watch party in support of former Racer Cam Payne tonight at 6 at the CFSB Center. Watch the draft on Racer Vision and enjoy free pizza, hot dogs, popcorn, and drinks. The evening also includes the chance to meet new Murray State University head coach Matt McMahon and the 2015-2016 Racer lineup. 

The Murray-Calloway Endowment for Healthcare hosts a community discussion on caregiving tonight from 6:30 to 8 at the Calloway County Public Library. The discussion covers a range of topics centered on deciding if and when nursing home care is the best option for a loved one. More information at callowaycountylibrary.org.

The Studio Art Quilt Associates “Food for Thought” exhibit remains on display through July 8 at the National Quilt Museum in Paducah. The exhibit includes 34 quilts exploring the beauty of individual food items and the importance of food in other aspects of life. Details at quiltmuseum.org.
