The Austin Peay State University Department of Music holds its Sixth Annual Holiday Dinner this Friday and Saturday night at 7 in the Morgan University Center. The formal sit-down dinner features APSU music students performing vocal and instrumental holiday selections. The menu includes salad and a salmon, steak, pork, or vegetarian dinner entrée. Reservations are required.
The Golden Pond Planetarium at Land Between the Lakes presents the holiday music show “Let It Snow” this Saturday morning at 10. The show transforms the full-dome planetarium into a virtual snow-globe and features seasonal music by Frank Sinatra, Chuck Berry, Burl Ives, Brenda Lee, the Trans-Siberian Orchestra, and more.
The Murray State University BA/BS Fall 2015 Senior Art Show remains on display through tomorrow in the Clara M. Eagle Upper Gallery. Featured artists in graphic design and painting are Elizabeth Carman, Eric Daniels, Rachel Ramsey, Ramsey Foster, and Ryan Wynne. The show is open to the public.
