Datebook: December 26 - Gentry House Donations, Bald Eagle Viewing, Festival of Trees

Land Between the Lakes offers several bald eagle viewing tours in the month of January. The first van tour is Saturday, January 10, from 1-4:30 p.m. Spend the day visiting eagle-viewing hot spots during a staff-led tour and learn how to zoom in with spotting scopes for a closer look. Space is limited, with reservations and full deposits required by calling (270) 924-2020.

The Festival of Trees remains on display through tomorrow at the Janice Mason Art Museum in downtown Cadiz. The display includes several trees decorated by local organizations and merchants. The museum is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 to 4 and Sunday from 1 to 4. More information at jmam.org.
