The Yeiser Art Center in Paducah offers free yoga classes in the gallery with instructor Phillip Bibb this Friday and next. Yoga for all levels is from 5 to 6, and yoga for those already practicing is from 7 to 8:30. The class is limited to 20 participants on a first-come first-serve basis.
