Datebook: April 2 - Share the Love Day!

The Humane Society of Calloway County holds the annual Humane Society Yard Sale Saturday from 9 until 2 at the Calloway County Library Meeting Room on Main Street. For more information about the sale or to find out how to donate items, visit the Humane Society website at forthepets.org.

Twilight Theatre Productions presents “Dinner with Thomas Jefferson and his Granddaughter Virginia Randolph” on Saturday, April 12, at Kenlake State Resort Park. Dinner starts at 6:30 and includes dishes from Virginia Randolph’s own cookbook. Reservations are required at 270-436-2399.

Monday’s the deadline for high school students to apply for the Watauga Arts Academy at Austin Peay State University. The two-week summer program runs June 8 through the 21st and offers workshops in art, dance, music, and theater. The application fee is $25. Details at apsu.edu.
