A concrete pour scheduled for Monday morning on the new Eggner’s Ferry Bridge over Kentucky Lake has been delayed due to weather concerns.
Traffic was to be limited to one-lane on the old bridge for about six hours during the pour. That work will now take place later this week, but has not yet been rescheduled.
Kentucky Transportation Cabinet officials still urge drivers to use caution on the old bridge as the work zone continues to have a high level of activity.
