[Audio] Tonight's RIVERfront Concert Series: Adam and the H-Bombs, and Tee Dee Young

RIVERfront Concert Series

Cool, clear weather will set the bluesy tone for tonight's RIVERfront Concert, the second-to-last of seven concerts this season. Paducah Parks Services Special Events Director Molly Tommasallo speaks with Tracy Ross on Sounds Good to tell us more about tonight's bands, Adam and the H-Bomb and Tee Dee Young.

Adam and the H-Bombs will take the stage at 6 p.m., paving the way for what Molly says will be a "light on the rocks, heavy on the  blues" kind of night.

The evening's headliner, Tee Dee Young, will perform at 7 p.m.  Young was named the 2015 Best Blues Artist at the Lexington Music Awards and the 2011 Beale Street Blues King. "He's definitely soulful," Molly said. "But he will put you in the mood for dancing."

The event is free and is located on the Wilson Stage on the downtown Paducah riverfront.

Tracy started working for WKMS in 1994 while attending Murray State University. After receiving his Bachelors and Masters degrees from MSU he was hired as Operations/Web/Sports Director in 2000. Tracy hosted All Things Considered from 2004-2012 and has served as host/producer of several music shows including Cafe Jazz, and Jazz Horizons. In 2001, Tracy revived Beyond The Edge, a legacy alternative music program that had been on hiatus for several years. Tracy was named Program Director in 2011 and created the midday music and conversation program Sounds Good in 2012 which he hosts Monday-Thursday. Tracy lives in Murray with his wife, son and daughter.
