Graves County, KY – A case against the Amish in Graves County is currently waiting for the Kentucky Supreme Court to request case records. Buggy drivers started receiving citations to put slow moving vehicle symbols on horse drawn carts over a year ago. The drivers were found guilty at a November trial. Each defendant would be required to pay one hundred and fifty dollars in fines and court costs. American Civil Liberties Union attorney Bill Sharp filed a notice of appeal in September and continues to represent the Defendants.
