Kentucky and Tennessee interstate speed limits are 70 mph in most non-metropolitan&nbsp; areas.</p><p>The bill awaits action by Gov. Pat Quinn, <a href="http://wkms.org/post/illinois-governor-wont-say-if-he-supports-new-speed-limit">who said he was undecided on the matter last month</a>.
