The topics of branding, website design, social media marketing, traditional marketing, customer service, and mobile marketing are presented by leading experts, DexMedia, Hudge Creative Media, Hopkinsville Community College, Socially Present, and Thrive Creative Group. “Many of the entrepreneurs we see who are thinking about starting a business and some that are already in business, struggle with marketing. So, Loretta Daniel, director of the KIN Office, and I thought about it and designed a one-day event that is all about marketing. I believe anyone attending will have a much better understanding of marketing and how they can apply it to their business,” said Penny Fletcher, Assistant Director of the Kentucky Innovation Network at Murray State University.
Marketing topics will be presented in four one-hour sessions. Each attendee will choose one of three topics to attend for each of the four sessions. Keynote presentations by Jonas Neihoff of Socially Present and Sean Wallace of Windows of Opportunities will take place during the event. A free lunch and snacks are provided throughout the day. In addition, two entrepreneurs will also discuss their marketing trials and triumphs and allow for Q&A time.
