UPDATE: Barnard will appear in court Monday, June 9. His arraignment is scheduled for 1 p.m. in Marshall County. Barnard is currently being held at the county jail.

A Florida man faces charges of having sex with a minor when he was a teacher at Madisonville's Browning Springs Middle School.

Police arrested twenty-four-year-old Samuel Yardley Hann for sex and related communications with a fourteen-year-old student earlier this month.

Take Back the Night seeks to end sexual violence in all of its forms including sexual assault, sexual abuse, dating violence, and domestic violence.
