Paducah city officials are looking for a new developer for the long-planned Riverfront Hotel project.
The multi-million dollar downtown project was delayed earlier this year when developer Senate Hospitality missed an important deadline for financing the city’s deal.
The Paducah City Commission is considering a contract for a phase of the riverfront construction, but it cannot exceed $90,000. The contract with Bacon, Farmer and Workman Engineering includes assistance during the bidding process for the project.
Construction begins next summer on a massive marina and riverfront project in downtown Paducah.
