As the Kentucky Legislative Ethics Commission prepares to meet Wednesday to further discuss the allegations of sexual harassment against former state Rep. John Arnold, one member of the commission has announced his intention to resign.

 A single dissenting vote cleared former state Rep. John Arnold of wrongdoing Tuesday as far as the Kentucky Legislative Ethics Commission is concerned. But on official business days where only five members of the nine-member body show up, a single vote is all it takes.

The Executive Director of the state’s Legislative Ethics Commission has been honored for his 15 years of work on the commission.

Judge Anthony Wilhoit has received the COGEL award, given by the Council of Government Ethics Laws. It's the highest international award in the field of governmental ethics.
