Youth Report: Workshops at the Murray Art Guild
By Matt Markgraf and Austin Cobb
Many of the area kids are going back to school this month, but there’s still plenty to do in the community for those looking for extra-curricular activities this fall. WKMS Youth Reporter Austin Cobb attended some classes at the Murray Art Guild, which run year-round. He interviewed his teachers, potter Reid Parrish and craftsman Wyatt Severs, and the guild’s director Debi Danielson and brings us this report.
WKMS Youth Project Volunteer Barbara Cobb coordinated the report and provided photos. Learn more about the Youth Radio Project and how your child can participate by emailing at msu.wkms@murraystate.edu.
