Murray, KY – WKMS Programming Director Mark Welch interviews Terry Gross, host of Fresh Air. Fresh Air is one of the many new programs beginning on WKMS July 13, 2009. While Gross may be a new voice in the Four Rivers Region, she has been hosting Fresh Air since 1975. From its home at WHYY-FM in Philadelphia, Terry Gross broadcasts on over 450 NPR-affiliated stations and averages over 4.5 million listeners.
