Frankfort, KY – When businesses hire an employee, they can use an online database to determine if the person is legally authorized to work in the US. The E-Verify database, run by the federal Department of Homeland Security, may play a major role in immigration law reform. Kentucky Public Radio's Julie Schindall reports on how E-Verify changes the way business gets done in Kentucky.
