Three western Kentuckians are among members appointed or re-appointed to the Kentucky Arts Council.
Helen Mountjoy, of Utica, will serve an unexpired term ending February 2015. Paul Fourshee, of Cadiz, and Sonya Baker, of Murray, had their terms renewed. They will both serve through February 2016.
