Monday, November 10

There's just the remainder of today to see Sarah Martin's artworks in wood in an exhibit titled "Sites" in MSU's Clara Eagle Gallery, so we stroll through the show with the artist on a "Two Sarahs" Sounds Good day, with Dr. Todd Hill also dropping by to chat about tomorrow night's concert in Lovett Auditorium. 

In our "Second Sarah" interview of today, we hear all about this Friday's MSU Holiday Art Auction with artist, professor, and chair of the auction committee in the Department of Art and Design, Sarah Gutwirth.

Tuesday, November 11

Kate Miller of ACLU of Kentucky on Death Row exoneree on abolishing the death penalty

Paducah author Pamela Whinnery has collected recipes from Tennessee and Kentucky notables and published them in two cookbooks.  On Sounds Good today she explains how she splits the proceeds of sales of the cookbooks with non-profits, large and small.

Paducah's Hotel Metropolitan's Betty Dobson visits Sounds Good today because the Hotel is hosting harmonica bluesman "Rip Lee" Pryor tomorrow night in the first Purple Room Performance in fifty years.

Murray Art Guild's director Debi Danielson joins us on Sounds Good today because tonight, tomorrow and Sunday the Miller Center on Murray's Courthouse Square features the cornucopia of items available in its annual  Holiday Sale.
