Weather Hindering KY Lake Search
gilbertsville, ky – Weather continues to hinder the search for a missing boater on Kentucky Lake. Over the weekend search crews endured hard winds up to 10 miles per hour and 19-degree wind chills, with chances of rain and snow continuing to threaten search efforts. 69-year-old Robert Bramlett has been missing for nine days now since going fishing alone. Marshall County Rescue Squad Chief Carl Curner says at least ten boats were out searching on the water yesterday. The search effort will scale down this week, as volunteers go back to work. A few boats will be out searching each weekday, and Curner hopes to mount another search blitz next weekend.
