TBI

UPDATE

Law enforcement say a woman wanted by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation for the aggravated kidnapping of a Kentucky juvenile has been arrested.

Crystal Bradshaw, 41, of Lexington was added to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation's Top Ten Most Wanted list last week.

Bradshaw was arrested without incident at an apartment in Ashland, Ky.  The arrest was a joint effort between TBI special agents, Kentucky State Police, Ashland PD and the Montgomery County, TN Sheriff's Office.

Bradsaw was wanted by the TBI for Felony Aggravated Kidnapping and Felony Trafficking for Commercial Sex Acts stemming from the kidnapping of a 15-year-old Kentucky female who was recovered in Montgomery County, TN.

Bradshaw is in custody at the Ashland Police Department and awaits extradition to Tennessee.

Original Story: The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has added a Kentucky woman who allegedly profited from sex trafficking in Clarksville to its Top Ten Most Wanted list.

The TBI says Crystal Lynn Bradshaw,41, of Lexington faces kidnapping and sex trafficking charges.

Police say Bradshaw kidnapped a 15-year-old female from Kentucky and coerced her into having sex with 65-year-old Ralph Goodwin of Clarksville, who has been arrested and charged with statutory rape, aggravated kidnapping and trafficking for a commercial sex act. His bond is set at $1,000,000.

Goodwin told the victim that Bradshaw would kill the victim if she tried to get away. The relationship between the minor and Bradshaw is unknown at this time. She reportedly received $700 for arranging the sex-trafficking.

Bradshaw is now wanted by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigations in this crime, and a $1,000 reward is being offered for information leading to her arrest. She was last seen in a white 2008 Ford Fusion. She is described as a white female with brown hair and blue eyes. She stands about 5'9'' and weighs about 140 pounds.

Anyone with information on Bradshaw is asked to call the TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND.
