UPDATE: Williams has been found in Christian County. Kentucky State Police Post 2 trooper Sean Wint made the arrest along with the Oak Grove Police Department and the Christian County Sheriff's Office. He's currently housed in the Christian County Detention Facility.
ORIGINAL STORY: Police remain on the lookout for an escaped inmate from the Keeton Correction Facility in Paducah. According to a Kentucky State Police release, 25-year-old Courtney D. Williams of Hopkinsville was discovered missing during a head count.
Williams is described as a black male with black hair standing at 5’9” and 158 pounds. He was serving time for:
- Possession of Controlled Substance, 1st Degree
- Two counts of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree
- Engaging in Organized Crime Criminal Syndicate
