Trigg County, KY – Trigg County School System officials interviewed the first candidate for superintendent today. The Kentucky New Era reports Darrell G. Daigle is one of three candidates to interview for the position. Daigle currently serves as the director of secondary education for Henderson County Public Schools. Staff and faculty had a chance to meet Daigle today at an afternoon reception. Current superintendent Tim McGinnis announced his plans to retire last December. The board hopes to fill the position by late April.
