Cadiz, KY – Trigg County Circuit Judge C.A. Woodall has ruled the county's Montgomery precinct can hold a vote to possibly reenact prohibition there. The ruling authorizes Judge Executive Stan Humphries to set up an election. It follows a hearing yesterday where attorneys for both sides of the issue presented arguments. The Montgomery precinct is located at the I-24 exit into Cadiz.
