Top Officials Call for KERA Review

Frankfort, KY – More than any other issue, the Kentucky Education Reform Act, also known as KERA, has dominated discussions at the state capitol for years. For two decades, KERA's been the target of criticism, but now, the Governor and top legislators say it's time for a thorough review. As KPR's Stu Johnson reports, their current focus is on student testing.
