Elkton, KY – Schools in Todd County, KY are closed for the rest of this week and next due to a flu outbreak. School officials say classes will resume October 12. No word on how many students were initially sick. This is the second recent flu-related school closure in our region. Clarksville High School in Tennessee closed for two days last week after a high percentage of students were absent with flu symptoms. The school re-opened yesterday.
