Mayfield, KY – Mayfield police allege the former treasurer of the Mayfield-Graves County Baseball and Softball Association may have taken over $10,000 over two years from the organization's checking account. 38-year-old Michelle Taylor was arrested last week and charged with three counts of theft. Police began investigating Taylor when it was discovered the electricity bills for the playing fields had gone unpaid for months. According to the Paducah Sun, Taylor is scheduled to be arraigned in court January 6th.
